These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.lipshop.gr (the “Website”) and the purchase of products through the Lipshop online store.

The Website is operated by KOURI R & SIA L.P., with registered office at Dimitriou Vasiliou Avenue 13, Neo Psychico, 15451, Attica, Greece, VAT: EL802185546 (hereinafter the “Company”, “Lipshop”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Website by natural persons acting as consumers and not in the course of a business or professional activity.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each order is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

You may place an order either as a guest or by creating an account.

When creating an account, you may be asked to provide:

  • Shipping and billing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

3.1 Placing an order

Orders are placed through the Website by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these Terms
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

Placing an order constitutes a proposal to purchase the selected products.

3.2 Order confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

The order becomes binding only after:

  • Availability is confirmed, and
  • You receive a second email confirming acceptance and shipment or pickup.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

Any payments made will be refunded in such cases.

Product availability is indicated on each product page.

In certain cases, products may be:

  • Made to order
  • Pre-order items
  • Temporarily out of stock

If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer:

  • A revised delivery time, or
  • Order cancellation with a full refund

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of order confirmation.

All prices displayed on the Website:

  • Are in euros (€)
  • Include applicable VAT
  • Exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Products remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Pre-orders or special editions
  • Courier service and destination

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control (force majeure), including strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government measures.

  1. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If a product is defective or does not match the order, the Customer is entitled to:

  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Withdrawal from the contract

The Customer must notify the Company within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

The Company is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
